We find ourselves in times in which we equally need integrative syntheses and holistic visions, and especially the redefinition of the reformism as the right answer to the globalization defiance.
This thing imposes itself under the conditions of severe global matters – economic and financial – with which the worldwide economy, especially the evolved economies, is confronting.
We must remember that the complexity is increased, which imposes a reorganization of the perspective, especially of the tools we operate with. The seriousness of the global matters is increasing as they are being approached under traditional terms, in the perspective and with the tools used in the past. The understanding and the mastering of the present day complexity of the globalization and of its contagious effect over the global economy, demands in a necessary way an understanding of the matters, new concepts, new paradigms and new options.
A great number of articles from the reference literature treats in a responsible manner that the human race has never faced such complex aspects, hard to solve and even dangerous.
The reference literature approaches at multiple levels the globalization issue and the complexity of the problems it arises. Such approaches can be found at: Jean Jaques Sevan-Schreiber in his book “The American Defiance”; Francois Perroux in his article “Le desarment et la d’estabilisation de l’economie de marche”; Hans Peler Martin and Harold Schuman in “The Globalization Trap”; Jean-Luis Macchiavelli in “Multinationales et mondialisation”; Waqet Isabelle in “Crises et les politiques economiques” etc.

The present work implies a debate of the reformism redefining need as an answer to the complex problems created by globalization and it is constituted a continuation of the issues approached by the author in articles such as “The Dimensions Of The Globalization And Its Impact Over The Financing-Banking Sector” (The Romanian American Study and Art Academy Congress from 2007); “ Monetary Policies. Connections and Influences over Globalization” (“Transition Management” International Preliminary Examination – Valahia University - 2006) etc.
The economic policy of the last few years has been trying to answer to the increased globalization of the economy. The competition within the economic site was started, and the policy of the site has become a fashion in the last decade. The economic site from the great European countries is not able to cope with the competition, say the economic representatives. They state that the evolution has failed and great efforts have to be made in order to find new connections to the world economy. The international financial markets evaluate euro at a higher level, without reproaching the fact that they over evaluate euro at an even higher level.
For many years, no ceremony speaker has held a speech without emphasizing the perils of the globalization and without lamenting over the week capacity of competing with the European economic placement. In the 60’s Jean Jaques Servan-Schreiber published the book “The American Defiance”, received enthusiastically, in which he was drawing attention on the dangers which was coming from the American economy. There was the fear that great American companies would buy European companies. Today there is a fashion of the opposed phenomenon. Now we are worried that the American trusts and the companies from other countries invest too little in Europe. Today, it is said that the countries in which the foreign companies settle show a high degree of placement quality, while this is reduced in the countries from which they withdraw.
The European experts, led by interests in the economic placement – have discovered that besides the invasion of the yellow-Japanese ants, a new danger: this time from the Asian tigers – especially the Chinese who threaten the national economies of the west. This talk has silenced lately. The Asian tigers have considerable competition problems and can stop the deregulation of the national currency only with the help of the international community of the states. The International Monetary Found and the World Bank play the part of the firefighter. We have three guesses who will stand the consequences of these wrong evolutions of the business, real estate, credit fields, which can’t be supported. Of course, not the ones who mistook should be made responsible alone for this. For those mistaken decisions, the contributors, the bank clients, the shareholders will be made responsible.
